How To Return An Item

We accept returns for items sold on our web site ONLY. If you purchased a Nordic Components item from another seller, please contact them for returns or exchanges.

! NOTE !
Items from VORTEX OPTICS, AP Customs, JP Enterprises, Magpul, CMC, Cactus Jumpers, ERGO, Surefire or any other product not branded as Nordic Components cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. They must be returned to the original manufacturer for any warranty issues.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

3. Please take the same care that we do sending your products out. Ensure the product you wish to return is well protected and safe from damage in transit, using appropriate sized packages and material. An item damaged in transit will not be accepted for return.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened or used. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. The only exception is if the merchandise is returned due to a factory defect and is for exchange.

Exchanges

If your item was ordered in error and is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping plus the difference in price between the returned item and the newly wanted item.
